ARIS AI is your intelligent radiology assistant. Speak your findings naturally — just like dictating to a secretary — and the AI will turn your voice into a structured, professional radiology report ready to download as a Word document.

1 Create a New Job

Click the "New Job" button at the top of the page. A window will open where you can record your voice or type your findings.

Tip: Give your job a name (e.g., "Mrs. Ahmadi - Chest CT") so you can find it easily later.

2 Record Your Voice or Type Text

You have three options:

Record with Microphone: Click the large green microphone button and start speaking. Dictate your findings just as you would to a human assistant. Click the red stop button when finished. You can also pause and resume.

Upload an Audio File: If you already have a recorded voice file, click "Choose File" and select it from your computer.

Type Directly: You can type or paste your findings directly into the text box. This is useful if you have written notes.

Tip: Speak clearly and at a normal pace. The AI understands both English and Persian medical terminology.

3 Submit and Get Your Report

After recording or typing your findings, click the "Save, Transcribe and Make Report" button. The AI will:

Transcribe your voice into text (if you recorded audio)
Reformat the text into a professional radiology report
Show the formatted report on the main page

⏳ This usually takes 10–30 seconds. You'll see the report appear automatically on the main page when ready.

4 Download Your Report

Once the report is ready (status shows ✅ DONE), click the 📄 download button next to your job in the list. The report downloads as a Word (.docx) file that you can open, print, or edit further.

Tip: You can also copy the formatted report directly from the preview area on the main page using the "Copy Formatted" button.

5 Edit or Reprocess a Report

Not satisfied with the report? You can:

Click the ✏ edit button on any job to change the text and resubmit
Edit the AI-generated text directly in the markdown editor on the main page and click "Save AI Text"
Use the "Report from text" button to re-run the AI with a different template or model — without re-recording
Use the "Transcribe" button if you only want voice-to-text without AI formatting

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to install anything?

A: No! ARIS AI works entirely in your web browser. Just open the website, log in, and start using it. No software installation needed.

Q: What if the transcription is not accurate?

A: You can edit the transcribed text before submitting it to the AI. Just click on the text box and make your corrections. You can also click the ✏ edit button on any completed job to fix and regenerate the report.

Q: Is my data secure?

A: Yes. All data is transmitted securely and your reports are private to your account. Only you can see your jobs and reports.

Q: Can I use this on my phone or tablet?

A: Yes! ARIS AI works on computers, tablets, and smartphones. The interface adapts to your screen size.

Q: What transcription options are available?

A: ARIS AI offers two transcription options: a Standard engine (fast, supports English and Persian) and a Medical English engine (optimized for English medical terminology). You can choose your preferred option in the job settings.
