1. Nature of the Tool

"ARIS AI Report" is a speech-to-text assistive tool designed solely for converting physicians' voice dictation into written text and formatting it into a standard radiology report structure. The functionality of this software is equivalent to that of a professional typist or medical scribe and does not include any independent analysis, interpretation, diagnosis, or clinical recommendation.

2. Nature of Output (Raw Draft)

The output of this software is strictly a raw draft, provided to the user as copyable text or a DOCX file. This output does not constitute a final or approved report and carries no clinical, legal, or medical validity whatsoever.

3. Role of the Treating Physician (Ultimate Responsibility)

The treating physician (radiologist) bears the sole and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, precision, completeness, and correctness of the final report content. By copying the output text into their own software or system, the user (physician) effectively assumes full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving the report. The physician is obligated to:

• Review the entire generated text word-by-word.
• Edit any typographical, grammatical, pronunciation, or content errors.
• Approve and sign the final report.

Any use of this software's output as a final report without complete review by the physician is strictly prohibited, and the physician will be held responsible for all consequences arising from such use.

4. Absence of Automated Diagnosis (No Independent Clinical Application)

This software does not provide any diagnosis, interpretation, or clinical opinion regarding radiological images or the patient's condition. All diagnostic, therapeutic, and clinical decisions rest solely with the specialist radiologist. The use of this software's output as a basis for diagnosis or treatment is strictly prohibited, and the developer assumes no liability for the consequences of such use.

5. Responsibility for Input Data Quality

The quality and clarity of the input audio file are the responsibility of the user (physician). This software provides no guarantee of complete and accurate word recognition in the presence of noise, heavy accents, abnormal speech rates, or the use of terminology outside its database. The user assumes responsibility for unintelligible dictations.

6. Responsibility for Patient Data Privacy

All audio and text data entered into the system are used solely for real-time processing, and permanent storage occurs only with the explicit confirmation of the physician. The primary responsibility for compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality laws (in accordance with current Iranian regulations) lies with the healthcare facility and the treating physician. The developer will only be liable in the event of proven security breaches originating from its own servers.

7. Disclaimer for Software Damages

The developer assumes no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss (except in cases of proven intentional technical negligence). Use of this software constitutes the user's full acceptance of these terms.

8. User Agreement

By registering, logging in, and using this software, the user formally declares that:

• They fully understand the role and limitations of this software.
• They accept that the output is strictly a raw draft with no clinical validity.
• They accept that the ultimate legal responsibility for all generated reports rests entirely with them.
• Any legal claims arising from generated reports shall be directed solely at the physician who signs the report, and the developer is hereby released from any judicial or legal prosecution.
